There will be 12 monthly prizes. Each prize includes a check of $1000. The total ARV of all prizes is $12,000.

Rules

Here the basic rules you need to know:

– The survey starts at 12:00 a.m. CT on the first day of each month and finishes at 11:59:59 p.m. CT on the last day of the month.

– The program is eligible for legal citizens of 50 states of the US, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico, who are at least 18 years old.

– You can only complete the survey once per month.

– No purchase is necessary to win or complete the survey. A purchase will not increase the chance of winning the prize.
