Step 2. Indicate whether you want to take the online survey in English or Espanol. Click on the blue Next button below to continue.
Step 3. You will need the latest USPS receipt on hand. The online site will ask you for the Zip Code that was printed above the date and below the PO location. Enter the Zip Code on the required field and click on the blue Next button to continue.
Step 4. Take a moment to look at the survey proper and be prepared to answer all questions as honestly and as completely as you can. The survey will basically ask you about your USPS experience. Things such as the friendliness or quickness of service, the promptness of the delivery time and your overall thoughts about the experience.
Step 5. Click on Finish at the end of the survey to complete it. The feedback will be read and considered by a USPS employee.
